No, at this point, residents are allowed to smoke in their apartments. According to State and Local laws, you must be 15 feet from any door or window. Please note that HUD considers marijuana a banned substance under federal guidelines.

Can I have visitors/guests?
Yes, you may have visitors. Residents are responsible for their visitors while on the property. Guests may stay on occasion not to exceed 14 cumulative days in 12 months.
