Our doors are open to anyone 62 years and older, as well as individuals 18 & over with a disability who would benefit from our mobility-accessible units. Southside Manor was constructed under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) specifically for low-income residents (defined as income at or below 50% of the area median). Under this program, your monthly rent is conveniently set at approximately thirty percent (30%) of the adjusted monthly income of all residents in your unit.

No, at this point residents are allowed to smoke in their apartments. According to State and Local laws, you must be 15 feet from any door or window. Please note, HUD considers marijuana a banned substance under federal guidelines.

Cable TV is available in the community room. Wi-Fi is currently unavailable.

Yes, you may have visitors. Residents are responsible for their visitors while on the property. Guests may stay on occasion not to exceed 14 cumulative days in a 12-month period.

Robert Cottingham Property Management Company and all its managed properties act in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and HUD, which prohibits discrimination in housing and housing-related transactions based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, and familial status.
