The building was constructed under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) specifically designed for low-income residents. Low-income means the family's income must be at or below 50% of the area median income. Your rent will be approximately thirty percent (30%) of the adjusted monthly income of all residents in the unit.
